This was the start of my Kiwi Experience bus tour. Shortly after 7am I waited on a corner next to the Base hostel in Auckland. A nice young lady told me about her travels in Asia and Australia. I like the city Auckland especially after visiting dirty Los Angeles with all the poor homeless people on the streets. Auckland is reasonably clean with all the best bits of London and a US city without the rat race and stupid king size Americans asking where is France? I started the day at the Grammy Awards Museum. Some of it was tacky but I think it is one of the better museums in LA. They had lots of Michael Jackson’s flamboyant outfits on display. Many of them look like army general outfits covered with colored sequins, gold and glitter. Was it all necessary?
